I've been using NSR Racing-tuned RockShox products for over three years now and they offer unreal performance and I've had zero problems. I've had 3X BoXXeR forks on the Canyon Sender, Commencal Supreme and Orange 329 along with a Super Deluxe. More recently I’ve been running another BoXXeR + Tuned Super Deluxe with all the work done internally including custom pistons and shim stacks built for my bike, style, weight and speed: I’ve still never bottomed out the fork with the custom damper and the sensitivity, grip and support is incredible.
NSR Racing is owned and run by Nigel Reeve. I believe Nigel is the global authority on RockShox Suspension, which is still backed up by WC racers secretly using his product today. Nigel was a mechanic on the World Cup scene for years, originally working with Nathan Rennie, then was integral in building Stevie Smith's career until he was one of the world's greatest: RIP Stevie.
After this, Nigel was in charge of suspension for Canyon Factory Racing and was Mark Wallace's wrench. NSR also played a big role in developing the RaceOnlySprings Progressive coils and the Stendec Data system. Nigel has now moved back home to Tasmania and has set up a suspension tuning shop at Maydena Bike Park.
My tuned BoXXeRs have been the best forks I have ever owned, overall, in terms of performance/value/ease of use/reliability. I originally wanted to give away a tuned and coil-sprung BoXXeR/Super Deluxe package the same as I have been extremely impressed with.
